Founding Managing Partner
Hamad Mohamed Alobeidli
Hamad is the Founding Managing Partner of Practice. His background combines public service in the UAE with academic and professional experience in the United States. He holds a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an MA in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. During his time in the United States, he also completed an internship and professional training with the New York City Police Department. At Practice, he works on strategic partnerships, institutional engagement, and market development in the UAE.
